Detail view of Progressive Distributor Block

Description
Progressive Distributor Blocks are one of the most effective, reliable and foolproof distributors which are used in for lubrication. The feature that makes Cenlub Systems progressive so reliable is that if any of the lubrication point is blocked the entire Progressive Distributor Blocks stops functioning.
With suitable monitoring device, this blockage is sensed and suitable warning is given to avoid running the machine without proper lubrication system. This way Cenlub Systems Progressive Blocks give a prior warning through which blockage can be detected and break downs can be avoided.
Common Applications
Steel Plants, Paper Plants, Heavy-Duty Power Presses, Printing Machines, Textile Machines, Packaging Machines, Metal Working, Material Handling Equipments, Injection Molding Machines, Mobile Equipments, Chassis Lubrication etc.
We are the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Progressive Blocks from Faridabad, India.
How a Progressive Distributor Block Works
A progressive distributor block operates on a sequential metering principle. Lubricant enters the block under pressure from the pump and is dispensed to each outlet port in a fixed, repeating sequence — one port at a time. The pistons inside the block move progressively in a defined order, which is why the system is called "progressive."
This sequential operation provides an inherent failure-detection advantage: if any single outlet is blocked, the piston sequence stops completely. The entire block halts, making it immediately detectable with a simple cycle indicator or proximity sensor. This makes progressive distributor blocks one of the safest and most reliable metering devices for critical machinery.
Key Features
- Sequential metering — each outlet receives lubricant in a fixed cycle
- Built-in blockage detection — the system stops if any point is blocked
- Modular design — outlet sections can be added or removed to match the number of lubrication points
- Compatible with grease up to NLGI 2 and oil
- Available with cycle indicator pin for easy visual or sensor-based monitoring
- Suitable for high-pressure centralized grease lubrication systems
