Manifold are required for mounting of oil distributers. These having two ports of 6mm OD tube and few side outlets. Oil distributors are screwed directly on side outlets of manifolds

How a Lubrication Manifold Works
A lubrication manifold is a machined block with a common inlet and multiple tapped outlet ports. Lubricant from the pump enters the manifold through the inlet and is distributed simultaneously to all outlets. Each outlet accepts a metering cartridge (D1, D2, or D3 series) which controls the exact volume of oil delivered to each lubrication point. This allows multiple bearing points to be served from a single supply line, reducing pipework complexity and ensuring even distribution.
SP Engineers manufactures manifolds in 1-way to 8-way configurations for D1/D2 cartridges, and 1-way to 4-way configurations for the larger D3 cartridges. Custom outlet counts and port configurations are available on request.
Applications
Lubrication manifolds are used wherever a centralized oil lubrication system must deliver oil to several closely grouped lubrication points from a single supply. Common applications include:
