Manufacturer of Lubrication Manifold

Description
A lubrication manifold is a steel block with two in-line ports for 6mm OD tube and several side outlets, used to split a single oil or grease supply line so it can feed multiple points from one pump. Metering cartridges screw directly onto the side outlets to dose lubricant to each point, while the two in-line ports let further manifolds or connector blocks be joined in sequence to extend the circuit. Available in 1-way through multi-way configurations depending on how many points need to branch from a single line. See the model table below.

How a Lubrication Manifold Works
A lubrication manifold is a machined block with a common inlet and multiple tapped outlet ports. Lubricant from the pump enters the manifold through the inlet and is distributed simultaneously to all outlets. Each outlet accepts a metering cartridge (D1, D2, or D3 series) which controls the exact volume of oil delivered to each lubrication point. This allows multiple bearing points to be served from a single supply line, reducing pipework complexity and ensuring even distribution.
SP Engineers manufactures manifolds in 1-way to 8-way configurations for D1/D2 cartridges, and 1-way to 4-way configurations for the larger D3 cartridges. Custom outlet counts and port configurations are available on request.
Applications
Lubrication manifolds are used wherever a centralized oil lubrication system must deliver oil to several closely grouped lubrication points from a single supply. Common applications include:
- CNC machine tool spindle and guideway lubrication
- Gearbox bearing lubrication in production machinery
- Conveyor drive station bearings
- Multi-point lubrication on textile, packaging, and printing machines
- Any application requiring 2–8 lubrication points served from one supply line
Key Features
- Available in M-1 to M-8 configurations (1 to 8 outlets for D1/D2 cartridges)
- M-1A to M-4A configurations for D3 series metering cartridges
- Two inlet ports (6mm OD tube) for in-line series connection
- Side outlets accept standard D1, D2, and D3 metering cartridges (screw-in fit)
- Precision-machined body for leak-free performance at system pressure
- Compact design, minimal space requirement on machine frames
- Compatible with all SP Engineers centralized oil lubrication systems
