Manufacturer of PRESSURE SWITCH
Description
A pressure switch opens or closes an electrical contact as soon as line pressure crosses a preset set point, giving a lubrication pump's controller or a machine PLC an automatic signal instead of relying on someone reading a gauge. Our switches use stainless steel wetted parts to suit mineral lubrication oils, in a compact body that mounts directly on the pump outlet or manifold port.
SP Engineers manufactures pressure switches at our ISO 9001:2015 certified works in Faridabad, India, with SPDT contact output compatible with standard PLCs, controllers, and relay panels.

How a Pressure Switch Works in a Lubrication System
In a centralized lubrication system, the pressure switch monitors line pressure continuously. When the pump runs and pressure reaches the set point within the timer cycle, the switch confirms delivery is complete. If pressure fails to build (due to a blocked line, broken fitting, empty reservoir, or pump fault), the switch triggers an alarm or shuts down the machine to prevent dry-running damage.
This makes the pressure switch the key safety device in any automated lubrication system. A pressure gauge shows pressure visually; the pressure switch acts on it automatically.
Pressure Switch vs Pressure Gauge
| Feature | Pressure Gauge | Pressure Switch |
|---|---|---|
| Output | Visual (dial reading) | Electrical (opens/closes contact) |
| Action | Manual: operator reads and reacts | Automatic: triggers alarm or machine stop |
| Best for | Maintenance checks | Unattended 24/7 machine operation |
