Centralized Lubrication System Manufacturer
Centralized Lubrication System
A centralized lubrication system, also called a central lubrication system, delivers oil or grease automatically from a single pump and reservoir to every lubrication point on a machine, through a network of tubing and metering devices. Instead of a technician manually greasing dozens of bearings on a fixed schedule, the system meters a precise dose to each point at set intervals, while the machine is running. This eliminates the over-lubrication, under-lubrication, and missed points that come with manual greasing, and reduces both lubricant consumption and bearing failure.
SP Engineers manufactures complete centralized lubrication systems, for oil and for grease, from our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Faridabad, India, since 1990. Depending on the number of lubrication points, distances involved, and operating pressure required, we design single-line, progressive, or dual-line systems suited to your machine.
For oil-lubricated applications such as CNC guideways, spindle bearings, and gearboxes, see our centralized oil lubrication system range. For grease-lubricated bearings on presses, conveyors, and heavy machinery, see our centralized grease lubrication system range.
